Our burger trailer currently uses four solar panels to help power three EcoFlow DELTA 2 Max batteries, including one additional battery.

This stored solar energy helps us operate our essential equipment while keeping generator use to a minimum.

When backup power is necessary, we aim to use it only for short periods.

We are also planning to introduce a gas-powered backup generator. This will provide reliable support when solar energy is limited while offering a cleaner-burning alternative to conventional petrol or diesel generation.

We have invested in an electric van for Sizzle Stop deliveries. Whenever possible, the van is charged using energy produced by our solar panels.

This allows us to reduce our reliance on fossil fuels for local deliveries while providing customers with a convenient service.
